Lendly SG (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal data of users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use our loan-matching platform at lendly.sg.
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when submitting a loan-matching request, including: loan amount and purpose, employment and income details, contact details you choose to share, and device and browser information collected automatically for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your data is used solely to match your loan profile against our network of regulated financial service providers, to communicate your match result to you, and to improve our matching algorithm. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
Your contact details are shared with a specific financial service provider only after you explicitly approve a match. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share anonymised, aggregated data with analytics partners.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at the address below.
We will respond to a verified access or correction request within 30 days. If we are unable to respond within that time, we will inform you in writing of the date by which we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
