Lendly SG is committed to handling all feedback and complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about our comparison service or how your personal data has been handled, please write to us at:

Please include your full name, contact details, and a description of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. For complex matters, we will keep you informed of the expected timeline.

Complaints About a Partner Institution

Lendly SG is a comparison platform and is not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender. If your complaint relates to a loan offer, interest rate, disbursement, repayment, or the conduct of a specific institution, you should raise it directly with that institution's customer service team.

If you are unable to resolve the matter with the institution, you may escalate to:

• FIDReC (Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd) — an independent dispute resolution body for financial consumers in Singapore. www.fidrec.com.sg
• MAS Consumer Portal — for feedback or complaints about MAS-regulated institutions. www.mas.gov.sg
